Tentative itinerary: gather at Temescal Creek Cohousing (a short walk from Rockrdige BART) for this rare Sunday tour, an inexpensive walking of area communities, and we'll explore some combination of:
- Temescal Commons
- Temescal Creek
- Mariposa Grove (our planned lunch stop)
- Berkeley Cohousing
- Triple Point
- A potential cohousing site in North Oakland
we end up at Berkeley Cohousing with an optional sidetrip to the Berkeley International Food Festival nearby, passing the Cohousing Co. offices.
All walks are short and flat, less than a mile. If you prefer taking it easy on your tootsies, join one of the regular bus tours in the area (the next one is August 9).
