WHO ARE WE?
We are a group in the process of forming a new cohousing community with a potential site near Sonoma State University. We range in age for 3 to 72.
We are committed to developing a supportive, diverse community including families with children, single people and elders. We share a deep respect for the natural world and propose a sustainable neighborhood and lifestyle in harmony with the earth. We will encourage communication and cooperation among residents, while respecting their desired level of privacy.
WE ARE NOT ----
We do not share any common political or religious beliefs. We are not a commune. We are not an income sharing group.
WE ARE UNUSUAL.
We are planning to form a community which will intentionally include families with children as well as active elders, believing that we each have a wealth of abilities, perspectives, and wisdom to share with one another.
