Homes will only be sold to owner-occupants

Buyers must have permanent legal residency in the United States

Buyers must be ready, willing and able to work 12-24 hours per week
for a minimum of 550 hours per household during the 10 to 12 month
construction period.

Buyers must be able to qualify for minimum mortgage loan of $175,000
at 3% to 3.25% fixed interest rate (can be combined with down payment
to meet minimum loan amount).
